A quick and easy beef and broccoli stir fry ready in just 20 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. Add garlic and ginger to the pan. Stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Add broccoli and water. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Return beef to the pan. Pour sauce over and stir well. Cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
  6. Serve hot with rice.

Notes

  • Slice beef thinly for faster cooking.
  • Adjust sauce thickness with more water if needed.
  • Use fresh broccoli for best texture.
