A quick and easy wonton soup recipe ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (12 oz) wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Place 1 tsp filling in each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal.
  3. Bring broth and water to a boil in a pot.
  4. Add wontons and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use store-bought wonton wrappers to save time.
  • Substitute pork with chicken or shrimp if preferred.
