- 1 pack (12 oz) wonton wrappers
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Mix pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Place 1 tsp filling in each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal.
- Bring broth and water to a boil in a pot.
- Add wontons and cook for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Use store-bought wonton wrappers to save time.
- Substitute pork with chicken or shrimp if preferred.
