  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and water.
  4. Place flour in a third bowl.
  5. Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place coated tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, spray again, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
