  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup finely chopped apples
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a dough.
  3. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle.
  5. Spread chopped apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon evenly.
  6. Roll tightly and slice into rolls.
  7. Place in a baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze, then drizzle over warm rolls.
