  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced apple

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk applesauce, honey, milk, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in diced apple.
  5. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Cool before serving.
