A fresh and flavorful autumn salad featuring pecans, cranberries, and goat cheese.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens.
  2. Toast pecans in a dry pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss greens with dressing.
  5. Top with pecans, cranberries, and goat cheese.
  6. Serve immediately.
