- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beer or sparkling water
- Oil for frying
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in beer or sparkling water to make a batter.
