  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic over medium heat.
  6. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Drizzle glaze over roasted Brussels sprouts and serve.
