  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  4. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cheese.
  5. Top with sliced chicken.
  6. Drizzle ranch dressing and BBQ sauce over salad.
  7. Toss gently and serve immediately.
