Delicious muffins with a creamy blueberry filling.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, oil, and egg to dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Fill muffin cups halfway with batter.
  6. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  7. Drop cream cheese mixture into each muffin.
  8. Top with remaining batter.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
