  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp edges.
  3. Spread pecans evenly over the crust.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs, corn syrup, granulated sugar, brown sugar, bourbon, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Pour filling over pecans.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
