- 4 English muffins, split and toasted
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
