Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • 20 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Wooden skewers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Thread a tomato, mozzarella ball, and basil leaf onto each skewer.
  2. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat balsamic vinegar and honey over medium heat.
  4. Simmer until the mixture thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
  5. Drizzle the glaze over the skewers.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve immediately.
