  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  2. Scoop out a small amount of flesh to create a larger cavity.
  3. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the avocado halves.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
