Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  3. Add water gradually until dough forms. Divide in half.
  4. Roll one half into a 12-inch circle. Place in pie dish.
  5. Toss apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Spread in crust.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over apples.
