  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare popcorn and set aside in a large bowl.
  2. Combine sugar, corn syrup, butter, and water in a saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook without stirring until mixture reaches 250°F on a candy thermometer.
