  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Let onions cool slightly.
  4. In a bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in caramelized onions.
