  • 50g pancetta or guanciale, diced

  • 30g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 400ml chicken or vegetable broth

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced pancetta and cook until crispy.
