- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
