Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp mixed dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead into a dough.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Press dough into a greased baking pan.
