  • 1 cup (200g) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup (175g) chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (50g) crushed pretzels

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed pretzels.
  7. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add more pretzels.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • Substitute milk chocolate chips for dark chocolate if preferred.
