  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Pour mixture over pecans and chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  7. Cool before serving.
