Ingredients

  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g raspberry jam
  • 20g unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50g cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Heat the cream until it simmers.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir until smooth.
  4. Add butter and vanilla extract, mix well.
  5. Chill the mixture for 2 hours.
  6. Roll into small balls and press a raspberry jam center into each.
  7. Coat with cocoa powder.
  8. Serve chilled.
