  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Place cubed cinnamon rolls in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour mixture over the cinnamon rolls. Press down to soak.
  5. Let sit for 15 minutes to absorb.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
