- 4 cups cubed cinnamon rolls (about 6–8 rolls)
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
