  • 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Cut cinnamon rolls into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Whisk eggs, cream, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  3. Grease slow cooker with melted butter.
  4. Add cinnamon roll pieces to slow cooker.
  5. Pour egg mixture over rolls.
  6. Cook on low for 2-3 hours until set.
  7. Drizzle with included icing before serving.
