  • 3/4 cup cold buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in buttermilk until dough forms.
  5. Turn dough onto floured surface and fold 5-6 times.
  6. Roll dough to 1-inch thickness and cut with biscuit cutter.
