- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup ground pork or chicken
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Oil for frying
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the ground meat until browned.
- Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each egg roll wrapper and fold tightly, sealing with beaten egg.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Use tofu instead of meat for a vegetarian version.
