  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture.

  7. Drop tablespoon-sized dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
