Cool and refreshing coconut mango popsicles perfect for hot summer days. These treats combine tropical flavors in a simple, healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ripe mango (diced)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend mango, honey, lime juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Pour coconut milk into popsicle molds, filling halfway.
  3. Add the mango mixture on top, leaving a little space at the top.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  5. Run molds under warm water to release popsicles before serving.
