- 1 smoked turkey leg
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
