  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool slightly.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  5. Pour filling over crust. Drop spoonfuls of cranberry sauce on top and swirl gently.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
