Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add yogurt, mango, milk, honey, and cardamom powder to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
