- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 10 small flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cheese, salsa, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spoon 2-3 tbsp of filling onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with sour cream or guacamole.
