- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tahini
