  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 burger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Coat chicken evenly with flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
