  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip pickle slices in flour mixture, then beaten eggs, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry pickles in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
