- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup (120g) breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp (5g) salt
- 1 tsp (5g) black pepper
- 1 tsp (5g) paprika
- 1/2 tsp (2.5g) garlic powder
- 1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil for frying
- 1 cup (240ml) cocktail sauce for dipping
- Rinse shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Dredge shrimp in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
