- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Add rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.
