- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 packet (0.7 oz) dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix soup, wine, butter, and dressing mix.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Add cream cheese cubes and stir until melted.
- Cook for another 30 minutes.
- Serve over rice or pasta.
Notes
