- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Grease the inside of your crockpot with butter or cooking spray.
- Layer the sliced bananas evenly at the bottom.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the bananas.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
