2 cups blackberries
2 apples, peeled and diced
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup water
Instructions
Place blackberries, apples, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in the crockpot.
Add water and stir gently to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or high for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
Remove lid and let cool slightly before serving.
