- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Grease the inside of your crockpot lightly with oil or cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in blackberries and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the crockpot and spread evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
