A simple and delicious cobbler made with blueberries and peaches in a crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix blueberries, peaches, and 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining sugar.
  3. Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the crockpot.
  5. Spread the batter evenly over the fruit.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
  7. Serve warm.
