- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced peaches (fresh or canned)
- Grease the crockpot with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in diced peaches.
- Pour the batter into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use canned peaches if fresh ones aren’t available.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg on top before cooking.
