Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced

  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and cumin in a crockpot.
  2. Stir well to mix.
