Delicious brownies made with peanut butter and banana, slow-cooked in a crockpot for a rich, fudgy texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease the crockpot with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, mashed bananas, and honey until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the crockpot and spread evenly.
  6. Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
