Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Grease the crockpot insert with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix oil, sugars, eggs, pumpkin puree, and water.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into the crockpot and spread evenly.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
