  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Grease your crockpot with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, vanilla, and spices in a bowl.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the crockpot.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and melted butter to make the crumble topping.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the pumpkin layer.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
