Make this easy crockpot spiced peach jam with fresh peaches and warm spices. Perfect for toast, pancakes, or desserts.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups peeled and chopped peaches
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Mash peaches lightly with a potato masher for desired texture.
  4. Increase heat to high and cook uncovered for 1 hour to thicken.
  5. Let cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.

Notes

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
  • For canning, process jars in a water bath for 10 minutes.
