- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and halved
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
- Place peach halves in the crockpot.
